- Tonight’s Level 2 Session at FCF: 10 sets: 1 front lunge + 2 split jerks
- strict muscle-up work. 1-3 reps at a time, but don’t get too tired or gassed per set and work transition as slowly as possible both on the way up and the way down
- try bar AND rings
